Roles and permissions
Every workspace member is assigned one of three roles. Roles control what a member can see and do inside the workspace.

| Admin | Invite / remove members, change roles, configure integrations, manage billing, create and delete agents, access all projects |
| Member | Create and run agents, access shared projects, use all integrations, view workspace analytics |
| Viewer | Read-only access to shared projects and agent outputs — cannot create agents or modify settings |
Invite a member
- Go to Settings → Workspace → Members.
- Tap Invite Member.
- Enter their email address and select the role to assign.
- Tap Send Invite.
The invitee receives an email with a join link valid for 72 hours. Once they accept, they appear in your Members list with the role you selected.
Change roles
To change a member's role, open Settings → Workspace → Members, find the member, tap the three-dot menu next to their name, and select Change role.
Role changes take effect immediately. The affected member does not need to log out and back in.
Remove a member
To remove a member, open their three-dot menu and select Remove from workspace. You will be asked to confirm.
When a member is removed:
- Their access is revoked immediately
- Their personal agents are paused (not deleted — an Admin can transfer or delete them)
- Their contributions to shared projects remain visible
- They can be re-invited at any time
Seat limits
Each plan has a maximum number of workspace members (seats):

If you reach your seat limit you will not be able to send new invites until a seat becomes available (a member is removed) or you upgrade your plan.
